Squid Row's first official single, "Rosemary" is inspired by the likes of Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and, of course, Ice Cube. Recorded with producer and keyboardist Ben Babylon, Squid Row consists of guitarist and lead vocalist Tristan Beltrami, bassist Adam Ferla, and drummer Nic Koven. "Rosemary" was written while Tristan and Nic spent time studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, and finished later with producer Ben Babylon in the studio.
Rosemary brings the listener back to the nostalgic sound of the 60s and 70s, while also blending it with modern influences for a new-sounding fresh sound.
